As cheap as this share seems now it could still get a fair bit cheaper. The market panic has only just started again, so the potential for further falls is very high, especially if the gold price were to retrace back to the mid 800 USD. My hope is that the AUD falls below 70 cents relative to USD, enabling NGF to continue to make sound profits.

I have not sold any NGF shares, and will only buy more if it drops another 5-6 cents. I am taking a longer term perspective on this company given it is a profitable producer with an 8 million ounce gold resource and what I think might be a high quality coal tenement.

Sorry if I sound pessemistic, but the market works on herd instincts and fundamentals only become validated in the longer term.
