Time wise, it will be 3 weeks (from your post) before the anticipated announcement. Still plenty of time and imo people watching from the sidelines. The sell side is not all that big at the moment and it wouldn't take much for it to rocket. Remember how crazy it went on the Nippon Ann. Yes, still time yet for it to get a bit hectic.
