It's been interesting to compare things at Dusk in Geelong over the past couple of festive seasons. I have to say I've noticed a real improvement in 1. The eye catching instore range (this sentiment is shared by my Wife who is clearly far more the actual target market than me) 2. The number of people making purchases and 3. The instore morale of the customer service staff who told me they were flat out all of yesterday and that they were pleased with this as they wanted to hit their bonuses (I believe Vlad recently changed the incentives around and brought in a new program along these lines that was mentioned in a recent announcement?)
