    I'd be surprised if there wasn't media coverage of this on the 25th. I'd expect that the SP will be up after that.

    Election year after all - state and federal. Jobs, infrastructure, exports, "clean" tech. I'm sure some pollies will also throw around potential scenarios even if they are unlikely to ever happen - if Victoria switched to Coldry, emissions will drop by x%, etc.
