finnet, its commonplace for options with a long lead time such as ESIO (exp. Jan 2014)to trade at a premium to the heads. In this instance as you've rightly pointed out a .003 premium. Granted the long lead time & leverage advatage options have over heads this premium is justified in my opinion. I personally like the leverage your able to take dvantage of when trading options, take todays $ change vs % change accross ESI & ESIO.
