I guess they would be up for royalties if gas is produced??maybe??

I see that there was no mention of that issue in any of the docs we were sent re the EGM - nothing mentioned by either party? Surely that could be classed as a relevant "related party interest"?

RL says that there are important aspects of the Stanwell deal that are "commercial in-confidence". eg possibility of ramp-up of pricing.

What else are we not being told??

RL says that they (ICN) did the Stanwell deal in just 2 months. Yeah?. I hear that, as Stanwell is a govt entity, that dealing with Stanwell, is like trying to turn around an oceanliner! Its huge and takes an inordinate amount of time change direction or get moving!

the running of this company just gets murkier and murkier!

There is just one thing we shareholders need to keep clear - that we are at the bottom of the food chain, and that no one appears to be running this company for the benefit of the average shareholder.
