well well suprise suprise, a big sell off because there was not the instant gratification that ST holders were hoping for. Its days like today that I only wish I had some spare funds. Its going to be ugly today but nothing has changed. We are sitting on prime land here folks and the notice we got today only reinforces that exact point.
AS Osi pointed out the deal is all go by all accounts and if in the unlikely event the deal does not go ahead there are others who want to get their hands on it. This message today also shows just how much the portion of our unsold land is worth in the market at the current time. Unprecented demand for it.What does that mean for price our dear economists??? Todays announcement is very clear.Read and re read it, its staring at us in the face just what we have got here.
