I was told that Regal's counts are 25% escrowed for an year from when they had participated into preIPO last year in Sep/Oct. Also, Regal seems to have put more into IPO as one of the cornerstone institutions along with Ellestron, Perennial and L1. Highly unlikely they would sell with 25% or 15% profit and also around reporting season. I could be wrong though. With the rest 12 mil left, other institutional would be vying too along with retail
