But it shows no sign of dissipating. Given the strong performance of the VRS sp over the last 18 months and if I were in your position, I would ask myself what pieces of the puzzle am I missing. Perhaps with those gaps filled, understanding would follow.
Just because you see no reason why something is so, does not mean there are not underlying reasons that make it so
