Read the nature of change is "Increase in the Company's issued shares"....ie CUU have now a greater number of shares on issue so Geiger now owns a less percentage.
They are just doing it by the book with the ann. maybe some market panic from holders miss reading, erroneously thinking Geiger has sold down.
