the Good News is that our Dave is nearly down below 10%.I think I've learnt that Less than 10% means he can't do any Blocking Stake if IF any TakeOver Offer comes up.Neither can he Get on the Board,direct our Dyesol into some nefarious plot

Personally I can not understand what Game,if any,our Dave d'Billionaire Hedge Fund Whiz is playing with DYE.

All I know is he's Selling Down at a Loss of approx 50%.Just can't see How that's the Act of a Financial Wizard but I'm only a mere Pilgrim to Mammon.How can I be expected to follow one who's already wallowing in it?
