Well it’s clearly a better time to buy than at IPO!
IMO Gelion will be worth a significant multiple of today’s price if either:
1/ they prove their batteries with Acciona and prove they can be cost competitive with Li-ion, or ..
2/ someone starts buying their Li-ion additive tech
But … with any tech stock, if they can’t achieve one of the two differentials above their value is only the cash and other tangible assets.
So high risk, high reward. Up 10+ times within 3 years … or down >80%. I’m betting on 10+ … otherwise I wouldn’t be holding … but I’m fully aware that either outcome is possible. What is abundantly clear is that this stock won’t be at £1 in three years time.
Cheers, and all the best for whatever you decide to do. Simon
