It is a good buy if you want dividends. At the current rate it is predicted to have a total fully franked div for 2017 of 24c same as 2016. Dividend Yield at current share price of $3.14 is 7.64% when grossed up for franking credits can yield over 10%. There is not many shares that are solid businesses that give this sort of return with the chance of some CGT. This is my opinion DYOR.
