And after the repayment is done, there is a further obligation for royalties to GEM- and who knows how long that goes on for:

"Thereafter a royalty of 5 per cent of gross production income is payable to Gemini until in aggregate Lochard has received payment for 20 million barrels when the royalty falls to 2.5 per cent until 95% of reserves have been produced
when the royalty falls to zero."
