The only issue with 9.9% is that its only about $1mil. Then we have no access to further drawdowns until they sell. If they sell market cant absorb the shares. Shares fall. next drawdown is lower sp. And it continues.
Not being critical of IG. Just saying dilution and sp pressure is really the same whoever GGP go with. Novus or GEM. Not much difference. That's why im not really anto Novus. They are just making money for their clients. Im only anti GGP management.
The only true solution is for GGP to start hitting targets and making money.
