There must be a very strong compelling reason probably the legal stouch between petro/page and ggp which prevents open dissemination of information on this point and the leases post march.

Or the Board has something comparable going forward or one would hope so.

Anyway I assume they will respond at some point to clear the air as best they can. I guess they're considering their position now regarding an ann based on this info being aired publicly over the weekend.

To me an ann could be made on a number of issues canvassed here without predjudicing their position.

Also why no production report - is this being held back for a reason as well. Seems odd.
