I have a daughter that has worked in child care for 15 years in several managerial capacities and has had good and bad experiences in several centres. Often when she sees rapid turnover of staff its often caused by cleeks of parents that form power bases and want everything run their way. IE Professional whingers. These people make it unpleasant for managers and staff to work there. She herself has walked out of a centre for these very same reasons. Child Care is a tough gig. I am not saying that's what happened here but I would not be surprised. On a separate reason, I love this stock as it pays a handsome dividends every 3 months. Nice if you need it for your income stream.
