because AFJ is a direct copy of GEM's rollup but the board and mgmt dont have a track record of integrating businesses like GEM. The assets the AFJ have bought are lesser quality that were either rejected by GEM or immediately sold off by GEM on previous acquisitions. GEM has proven it can improve centre profitability and margins. Therefore AFJ should trade at a large discount but agree AFJ is still very cheap. I own both.
