Too much regulatory risk tbh. Labor costs is tied to inflation. If there is indeed any tailwind, I would rather put money into their properties and collect growing rents. I was in at 85c and cashed out at $1.16. Now exposed to GEM and other childcare via CQE who owns many GEM’s property.
