There would be many shareholders in G8 carrying losses at the moment and probably feeling a bit uneasy with their investment. The falling share price, the failed bid for Affinity, the resignation of Jenny Hutson the investigation and findings of The Takeover Panel and the lack of communication from management is starting to become concerning.
You would hope, that the government, after the failure of ABC and the drama that is unfolding with G8, would consider imposing stricter control on both the spending and reporting by large childcare corporations, who are in receipt of hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer funding.
