As soon as there's some clarity on COP and sales/revenue it'll definitely start moving IMO. That's probably the next quarterly not this one.
Of course I expected it before this, and maybe when any of these are ticked (say confirmation of orders) we'll get a nice rise.
Personally I have few concerns on the fundamentals. Tomorrow may kill off a decent chunk of the uncertainty.
