Gen Kanai Interview

There's a Japanese site dedicated to crypto gaming news, they recently published an interview with Gen Kanai who is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at AB1.

I won't translate everything since a lot of it is known information, but it is worth noting that in response to a question "What are you thinking in relation to developing business in Japan?" the response was to make sure that the F1 Delta Time game is a success so that they can prove the value of the company to those who have issued licenses to them. On the back of that, develop blockchain games that make use of Japanese characters (as in, game characters, not language characters).

Note that this question and response was specific to Japan.

Unrelated to AB1, Fate Grand Order which is a mobile RPG and one of the biggest titles in Japan notched up $3 billion (I assume USD) in sales earlier this year:

I would think that there would eventually be a partnership or license granted by one of the big anime titles.
