1) become a manager or a team lead and give all the work to your subordinates and spend day short term trading and reading hotcopper

2) don't read or open any emails - instead wait for people to ring you if it's important. (I read about this one a while ago, previously I would read and respond to all emails)

I am trying both these methods of 'working smarter' at the moment, and have just been nominated as a high achiever on the account - so I guess it's working!
