    probably explains that large volume day on monday..

    i know they are having trouble on Genels block because somaliland and puntland draw the border in different spots.

    but our block is not in the area of dispute.

    This article (and a google search of similar ones) seems to be saying that Mogadishu wants to control all the states petroleum licences
