    Mogadishu can't even control Mogadishu. But with Somalia and Puntland both wanting a share of the oil, the Somalilanders may need to prepare to defend themselves.

    If Puntland won't back down, Somaliland will need to ensure security or Genel etc won't take the risk.

    Bad news for all concerned. Looks like Somaliland is back on the back-burner for JKA.
