Seems like every deal so far has promised massive milestones etc and delivered pretty much nothing. Maybe this is a good sign that there are no obligations or assumed deals. If they find something they just deal with it rather than worying if it triggers milestones or licenses. A previous partner coming back has to begood, although i believe they were talking about possible further deals with these guys years back when the original deal died. Either way at least it isan indication that it is not completely all over.
