Just thinking out loud, if I was the manager and also had 50,000 tonnes tailings at a potential of 10g/tonne that's 17k oz of gold in the tailings.
Isn't the target for senior management to earn 1k oz/month for 3 months, then 5k oz/month for the incentives?

I would get that 50 tonne hammer mill processing those tailings as that add based on figures above another 4k oz a month for 4 months... then 1k oz a month from cascavek and you get your share bonus for the 5k oz a month
