There can be serious value in microcaps, that's were I've found most of my success.
Doesn't come without risk of course but the downside here seems very minimal and BOA will move quick once volume picks up.
Don't know much about JR but it is a little concerning he only holds 417,284 shares (though he has 1,082,940 oppies).
I'm also curious about the special dividend that was issued in 2020.
Is anyone aware why they did it or if it's likely they will again?
