Obviously it takes very little money to move the sp either way. My thoughts are spec holders become seller's as they need a little cash sometimes - look at holdings and GBE is one they see as the one has to go. Buyers say thank you as at these levels with the long awaited FS pending and much other progress - additional team/board activity the buyers continue to be gifted low price opportunities.
As you say many peaks to climb for GBE and new COO stated that clearly - and now for us after a decade and plus some GBE are finally progressing.
