Well Rimmer one would not consider RIO taking a 15% stake in SVM - Malawi around a year ago with further increase option without due diligence.
The jurisdiction in fairness has shortfalls however the gov incentives far outweigh such and is clearly a very lucrative - robust mining host nation.
