1) You don't have to tell anyone of the existing shareholders about GBE.
2) Ultimately, this cannot be ruled out, but I think it is unlikely due to the phase distribution.
It could perhaps develop differently if, for example, well-known customers/investors would come along and/or the schedule would be moved forward.
3) One more request: Leave it alone with WA1!
There they will be confronted with reality soon enough. Apart from that, I assume that many of them are just fake accounts or pushers who don't hold any or only a few WA1 shares.
