because the top 3 shareholders hold between 78 - 80 % of the total share registry

that's from the last quarterly
liquidity is stuffed

as is any true value of the company because 3 people own 78 -80 % of its stock

there wouldn't be many company's
on the asx with the top 3 shareholders holding 78-80% of the registry

any trading expert will tell you that
they will say
doesn't meet the fundamentals
move onto the next stock
because there's plenty of other options that meet the investment criteria

its a skewed setup that can't reflect true market value

low liquidity and the above problem is not in GBE favour
