Good News overall!
Capital raising as I guessed only working funds to get us through, at a discount so really not really happy with this and will be the result of lazy brokers wanting maximum raise with least effort to get their fees. May affect our SP sort term.
Then we get the Ecobank loan of 15 mil US - great news given funding like this hard to get without proven off takes for product and this provides a very positive nod from the funder.
So we raise $ 2 - 4 mil, have a 20mil line of credit still available and not mentioned in the presentation but I have confirmed still in place, then we have our 33% $15 mil stage 1 loan in place.
Pilot plant samples due, off take agreements and funding from that source/equity partners.
This is looking to line up now.
