Well that blows my theory out of the water on how accomplished our board are with their lengthy years in the finance industry. They can not even organize a little raise - seriously? They can not be that incompetent - so was it by design? a little tree shake for family members to get in late?
Or Bo is uninterested in converting this loan to shares - does that suggest his confidence is waivering - he is protecting his other substantial previous investments here with a loan via increments only? No way - the increments stated display to me they are relatively confident that off take - financial backing is arriving for stage 1 in short to medium term given dates attached to loan. So first paragraph I would believe. They have not come this far and Bo invested significantly at paramount time in GBE'S development for it to fall over - someone is very happily picking off the worriers.
