Sorry - my refining point is - why would they not use Chinese refining tech instead of the collaboration and tech tie with ..... AND the refinery in Malawi - Chinese love cheap concentrate re critical minerals - they would screw Malawi and ship concentrate.
Some are enjoying the cheapies at this near end point.
