the AJM story

it was a little engine that could wallop the big boys

they took a big loan out to build the mine
high interest rate
they had contracts with the Chinese locked in
and unfortunately relief heavily on the only Chinese supply offtake

the market price tanked per tonne
The Chinese were locked into a se t price
small profit for AJM but it was profit

Next door PLS couldn't even get the quality requirements
yet AJM was a tiny player and was able to meet quality or above standard

the Chinese refused to honour the contract rates
they paid on the going market price

AJM still shipped it to China as it left with no choice and as a result
went belly up

losing money on every tonne because the Chinese wouldn't pay the contracted
rates
this is why I'm heavily against the 80% registry held by 3 holders

fix this and things would be Soo much better

what other asx stock is held by 3 people with 80% of the registry
yet again
no one can mention any other company

this stock is alot more riskier than before
Spruik all you want
but the registry is a major problem
