    Whether the BFS is finished or not, GBE just needs to lock in off-takes and secure finance and get things moving.

    “Malawi time” is running thin, and absolutely nothing will happen here to the SP until GBE can show the market that it actually has the ability to get important milestones completed in reasonable timeframes.
