I am a large shareholser in another company, similar stage and similarly struggling like GBE. I have met with and talked with this management quite a bit over the last few years.
Similar to GBE they setup a $3m director loan as a backsktop against dilution at prices they didn't want to but may have been forced to raise at. Similar to GBE the directors who offer loan are the biggest shareholders in the company.
the idea this mgt would scuttle the company to acquire the assets is so ridiculous if you proposed it you'd be laughed out of the presentation hall.
it ONLY works here at GBE because many of are so one eyed stupid and can't see thru years of war preparation propaganda.
