It's not about Charles and a test of what he can deliver. It is about much more and IMO something else!

The questions must be:

What about the BFS, which Paul Smith has touted so full-bodied and has already signaled in advance how great everything has come together at GBE?Why is Paul Smith now resigning so close to the finish line if it was absolutely clear to him as an insider that GBE and he were only one step away from financing with the BFS?

Why is the BFS not published if parts of it have already been presented with regard to the niobium-tantalum price trends?

If, according to Paul Smith, the BFS is so economically convincing and the BFS result is an SP that is massively higher than the current SP?Should the BFS therefore be withheld until other facts have occurred or been created?

And what should these be, since after the last quarterly including the 300k AUD from Jennifer Ping there was only just under 1.6m AUD cash available, which is probably as good as used up at the moment and at the same time the SP was maneuvered to lows as at times when one had to assume that GBE would have no future?

There is clearly something wrong here and the contradictions are obvious!!!

Who is standing on the brakes here? Is the ASX blocking the IDC loan and thus the payment of the first tranche and if so, why and for what purpose, what is behind this?

Have constellations changed in the meantime, e.g. IDC or Ecobank, or have new/other constellations arisen that influence everything else? Is perhaps even the Malawian government/ministries/authorities putting on the brakes and if so, why?

What about the 20m USD ATM-Facility from Long State, ASX-announced June 04, 2024, for 2 years? Can or could they instead be tapped at the same time as the published BFS, at a then adequate SP?

Lots of questions that Charles will have to answer in the short term!
