If you bothered to read your own postings; it clearly states that Funding requests needed to be submitted before 17May and had to be backed by a Feasibility Study (which has still not been completed)
If as you suggest Belfast did lodge an application for ATF funding, I am sure Tim and yourself would have not hesitated to inform shareholders immediately ie July 31st
