Your promoting of IXR whiteout a Scoping Study for Belfast to say the least is mischievous , Without any metrics IRR or EPS or payback period relying on government handouts which will only come in the form of of fund matching or reimbursement only on fully funded project are delusional , Suggest you stop this pursuit of free money and look if any cornerstone or strategic investor that are present to invest , if not lights are off permanently.
