Think your price of a overwhelming opportunity is very optimistic given the financial woes Tim and his team have put on the company , With delays after delays and not been able to manage forecasting cash flow on expenditure to leave the company in such a venerable position after the 2 current rounds of CRs.
If the company goes to raise equity on market again , Funders will see the current financial shortcomings of the company and price accordingly IMO.
