Problem being that IXR-Belfast is still a couple of years away from "commercialization and revenue", while Makuuta, Tim & Co will still remain a drain on cash. In the meantime, they are going to need to raise CAPEX to build that new factory, that will be hard when the only real asset they have as collateral is some IP; while every other company has a similar process ~ As Rob said a while back the CIX technology is not new, Techmet are already using it on RBW's concentrates.
