Yep, I think they have herded the ducks together, and distributing the feed.
However, IXR is finding it frustrating when trying to get these ducks to line up in a row !!
I am sure IXR are, and have been, in detailed and intense conversations with UK Govt authorities, and probably US authorities - but certainly the UK Govt authorities simply have not put pen to paper yet.
The UK Govt clearly has not committed to funding yet.
If they had, then IXR would need to announce it.
So bottom line is, IXR just needs to have enough cash on hand to keep the lights on until such time as UK Govt contributes some cash, or support of some kind, to enable IXR to source the funding it requires.
Maybe the UK Govt bodies are awaiting the completion of the DFS??
No doubt though, the current SP will look like an absolute bargain, if and when IXR secures funding or other commercial commitments.
