The thing is, Tim Harrison and Brett Lynch would have had indications of when the DFS would be out as well as indications of their expenses, and yet here we are in dire straights almost out of cash.. poor planning, greed or something up there sleeve.
At the end of the day, if this goes belly up.. they are still raking in solid money for themselves everyday in the mean time and will face few consequences.
