Interesting and thanks for the link. The part I am puzzled with - they talk about recycling magnets but they aren't really doing so, they are using old magnets to extract the oxides..so it's magnets to RE oxides, not magnets to magnets. They also mention local wind farm production etc - but, my understanding is China still produce the magnets and there is no sign of any companies in this region (NI, Europe etc) starting to manufacture magnets???

Does anyone have any idea what they plan to do with the oxides, ship them to China for magnet production or ?????
