    If BL does well, he may walk away with millions, but for the moment, like most of us here, he is underwater....particularly his options.

    It is quite an incentive to have skin in the game.

    That in itself is a key driver to work hard for the company and investor base.

    Give him some time, he came into the company while its been in financial distress, and will take him some time to get back on track.
