Rob, I have never denied that Belfast is a good project; My concern is and always was with Makuuta, and I believe it is now a severe drain on IXR's very limited resource (cash). As to 'proof and data' ~ I was directly quoting the numbers from your previous post !!!
To have a mine you need to have "Ore", PEK, PRE, ARU, VMM, MEI, MKA, RBW, NTU, HAS etc all have shown that they can be profitable even at today's prices. Sadly for you Makuuta does not have any "Ore" and therefore cannot be profitable unless RE prices improve dramatically,
The sooner the Directors "write off" Makuuta the better. As much as I dislike RBW, at least they had enough common sense to ditch "the World's richest RE deposit "Gakara" and move on to something that they think might be profitable.
