You have to have ore, but guess what the ore is still in the ground needing huge amount of Finance to mine that ORE, Separate that ORE and Then Refine that ORE into Rare Earth Oxides, Even Makuutu becomes profitable when all those companies mention above uses $100/kg USD - $180/kg/USD NdPr prices in their Feasibility Studies and SS. At the moment those companies above at today NdPr prices are "write offs",

Makuutu is not a write off it still has Nd, Pr, Tb, Dy
Plus we can refine our own ore
