Before Belfast can produce 400tpa, they are going to have to build that new Refinery, the current Chemistry set will not be able to run at that rate.
ASM is a multi element deposit, NdPr is not their main stream of product or income.
But as I keep on saying, Belfast is a good idea, held back by ~ Makuuta and all the people:- Consultants, Management, workers, etc and the G&A expenses associated with keeping it on the books.
